WHY THE NAME- “AskTJ”:

I spent about five years in the beauty industry before I found my niche Corporate America and making a small name for myself the HR world. Since then, I’ve landed many gigs in smaller private owned mental health organizations. I grew into the “go-to” person for pretty much everything. IT, Trainings, Project Management, Employee Relations, etc. You name it I do it. I consider myself the Olivia Pope in my space if you would. So when there’s a need, the first thing they say is “Ask TJ, She knows!”

About me:

I’m just a regular, degular, schmegular chick, with a keen eye for figuring out how to get it right. I have my educational career behind me, but it is my time spent doing the work that makes me unique. I’m normal just like you, I just managed to manifest my dreams into reality.
